What To Expect:

1. The migration will take up to 3 hours long. You will not be able to use your computers or the software during that time. You will not be required to be at the business during the full duration of the appointment, only long enough to get us logged into your computers.

2. A one-time $99.00 fee for migrations done during our standard business hours will apply.  If scheduled after our standard hours, a one-time fee of $199.00 will be assessed.

3. After completion, we will provide you with a new online store link for booking, gift certificates, and retail.  If you utilize any of these online features, you will need to update your website to the link provided. Customers will need to re-register before being able to use the new online store.

4. If you are familiar with Transcend, you will not need training to begin using Paired Plus right off the bat. That being said, there are many new features available to you.  Training will not be provided by our technician at the end of migration, however, training is unlimited and free and can be scheduled by visiting

5. In a attempt to increase speeds and reduce cloud storage space, your data will be going through a 'scrub.' Gift certificates, on-account balances, and client history will remain from your original start date with Prosolutions, however, all other data prior to January 1st, 2023 will be removed. After this scrub, your data will accumulate again like before.  If you wish to print out transactions or any other data prior to January 1st, 2023, you must do so before your migration.

6. At the end of the migration you will be provided with a new link for the online store that will need to be put in place of your old links. The new online store works in conjunction with the Paired Plus app.  Customers will need to re-register but this new registration will work with both the website and app.

7. Paired Plus has been built to the highest PCIDSS standards, therefore, older credit card devices will not be supported. Please contact your sales rep to ensure you are compatible with Paired Plus!

8. By choosing to migrate from Transcend to Paired Plus, you will be subject to the same terms of service and license agreement as before. You can view this by visiting https://prosolutionssoftware.com/license-agreement/

9.  While technically not related to the migration itself, if you will be upgrading your credit card processing from the old VX805 or Lane3000 machines, your saved tokens (cards on file) will NOT come across.  You must save new cards on file after upgrading your pin pads to meet the new security standards.
