Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (the “Agreement”) apply to the purchase of hardware products (“Product” or
 “Products”) sold by Prosolutions Software (the “Seller”) to the buyer (the “Buyer”). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
Warranty: The manufacturer provides a 1-year warranty on all Products from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. 
Delivery: The Seller will make best efforts to deliver the Products within 7 to 10 days of the order being placed. However, delivery times are not guaranteed, and the Seller will not be liable for any damages or losses caused by late delivery. 
Shipping: Shipping costs will be charged to the Buyer, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Seller. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and the Seller will not be liable for any delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information.
Returns: The Buyer may return any Products within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that the Products are returned in their original condition and packaging. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
Limitation of Liability: The Seller will not be liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the purchase of the Products.
Amendments: This Agreement may be amended only in writing signed by both parties.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
By placing an order for Products, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
